57Fe M?SSBAUER STUDY ON (NdDy)TiFe11Ny COMPOUNDS

⁵⁷Fe M?ssbauer spectra have been obtained at room temperature for (NdDy)TiFe₁₁, and at 11 K and room temperature for the corresponding nitrides (NdDy)TiFe₁₁N_y. The magnetic behaviors of Fe atoms at different sites have been studied. We have found a larger increase of the hyperfine fields upon nitrogenation due to the higher nitrogen content in these compounds and got a bigger enhancement of the isomer shift in 8j site because of the nearest nitrogen environment.     

Influences of tissue composition and structural features of biological media on the ultrasonic nonlinearity parameter

The Acoustic nonlinearity parameter is an important parameter innonlinear acoustics.In this article,the nonlinearity parameter B/A of normaland eight kinds of pathological porcine liver tissues were measured by finiteamplitude insert-substitution method.The mixture law for nonlinearityparameter is used to analyze and predict the volume fractions of the compo-nents in a given tissue.It was found that the nonlinearity parameter is sensitiveto the pathological forms of biological tissues and the values of B/A dependon the tissue composition and structural features.     

The Crystal Structure of Isosteviol

The title compound was prepared and its crystal structure was determined using X-ray crystallographic method. The crystal is orthorhombic, space group is P212121 with a= 1. 1114(2) nm, b=1.7677(3) nm, c=1.8312(3) nm; Z=8. The geometric structure and conformation of the title compound obtained by MMX molecular mechanics calculation are in agreement with those obtained from X-ray determination.     

稀磁半导体Zn_（1－x）Mn_xSe外延膜的反射和光致发光谱

测量了用热壁外延（ＨＷＥ）生长的不同组分（０≤ｘ≤０．９８）的Ｚｎ１－ｘＭｎｘＳｅ薄膜在温度为３００Ｋ下的反射光谱，用Ｘ射线能借测定样品实际的组分ｘ值，由此获得了其能隙Ｅｇ与组分ｘ的关系：在Ｏ＜Ｘ＜０．２组分范围，Ｅｇ随ｘ的变化显示了反常现象，当Ｘ＞０．２时，能隙Ｅｇ随ｘ线性增大。在室温和低温下测量了样品的光致发光，除观测到Ｍｎ２＋离子内部４Ｔ１→６Ａ１发光峰外，在其低能边观测到一个较宽的发光峰，对结果进行了分析讨论。     

ANISOTROPY OF CRITICAL CURRENT DENSITY IN c-AXIS ORIENTED EPITAXIAL YBa2Cu3O7-δ FILMS

The dependence of critical current density J_c on the angle α between the directions of the applied magnetic field H (which was rotated in the c-axis-I plane) and the in-plane current I was measured on a c-axis oriented epitaxial YBa₂Cu₃O_7-δ films at 81 K, with the magnetic field strength up to 6T. Analysis of the experimental results on the basis of the classical scaling law of pinning force shows that there exist simultaneously planar-pinning and volume-pinning mechanisms, and the contribution of volume pinning increases wish decreasing while that of the planar pinning decreases, We propose that the decrease of Lorentz-force-independent critical current density with increasing H for H∥I results from the suppression of superconductivity by the magnetic field, The fact that the contribution of volume pinning increases with decreasing α also arises from the suppression of superconductivity in CuO₂ plane by the magnetic field.     

快淬(Er1-xSmx)2Fe17Cy化合物的结构与磁性

用快速急冷方法制备了(Er_1-xSm_x)₂Fe₁₇C_y(x≤0.8,1.5≤y≤2.5)化合物,它们具有菱方Th₂Zn₁₇型结构,并且在高温是稳定的。与相应的不含C的(Er_1-xSm_x)₂Fe₁₇化合物比较,当C含量y=2.5时,引起单胞体积增加～6.3％,居里温度增

FTIR－PAS技术在卟啉类化合物中的应用（Ⅳ）──稀土乙酰丙酮－meso－四－（α－萘基）四苯并卟啉配合物的红外光谱

研究了ｍｅｓｏ－四－（α－萘基）四苯并卟啉及其Ｄｙ，Ｈｏ，Ｅｒ，ＴＭ，Ｙｂ，Ｌｕ乙酸丙酮形成的配合物在３６００～２２０ｃｍ－１范围内的傅里叶变换红外光声光谱（ＦＴＩＲ－ＰＡＳ），对主要谱带进行了经验归属。结果表明，四－（ａ－萘基）四苯并卟啉与稀土乙酰丙酮配合物中稀土金属离子配位削弱了乙酰丙酮环上Ｍ—Ｏ键的伸缩振动，使此谱带向低波数位移。金属敏感港带出现在～１５１３，～１３２３～１０９０，１０５３和～２５０ｃｍ－１。
